Skills and Experience:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English – oral/written/comprehension
- Outgoing
- Excellent communication skills in both languages (via telephone and/or email)
- Excellent listener
- Customer service experience – call center experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Ability to work within a team – proactive and dependable
- Computer skills (using search databases, typing, etc.)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Outbound calling to businesses.
- Answer telephone an email enquiries about our programs, promotions, birthday party information with bookings and service
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
